FAQ

Does this switch require zigbee hub to work?

It requires their own zigbee hub. It does not follow 3.0 standards. I tried via ZHA with no luck and see the same issues on the home-assistant forums.
I'm returning mine.

Can this moes zigbee smart touch wall light switch be connected thru a zigbee bridge made by sonoff?

Yes it can... the bridge is just a repeater so as long as you have a zigbee hub (like Smartthings, Wink, Hubitat ect....) it will work

Will this allow Alexa to detect the on/off states of Zigbee switches? I need this to be able to create routines that react to the switches.

Yes，This gateway is necessary for ZigBee devices to use Alexa or Google Assistant to achieve voice control.

Does the switch have dimming function?

My home is an old house in 1983, so there is no neutral wire, can I install this switch?

Yes, the switch dont need neutral wire.
And it need tuya zigbee 3.0 hub,you need to purchase Hub alone in the link

How does this work with a traditional 3 way? Do both switches need to be replaced with this?

This product did not work as a 3-way when paired with a traditional switch. Check the diagram in the product post. It shows how one of their 1-way switches can pair with this one to do the 3-way function

Did not work with ZHA but paired with no problems with mqtt2zigbee.

Stop working after 1 month

It worked great for the first month.
There was no response after that. The power LED is no longer on or blinking. Asked for a replacement, have now received a new switch, hope all goes well.

Muy buen producto, pero no funciona completamente con el Echo 4

Compr¨¦ dos interruptores de esta marca (tipo Zigbe), uno de dos gang y uno de un gang; mi prop¨®sito era usarlos usar con el Echo 4ta generaci¨®n que funciona como Hub Zigbe. Con el interruptor de un gang no hubo problema y funciona muy bien, sin embargo el de dos gang no se puede independizar en los comandos para Alexa, ya que la aplicaci¨®n lo reconoce como uno solo. En la interacci¨®n f¨ªsica con el interruptor si puedes prender/apagar cada luz de forma normal.
